SHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- General Terms and Conditions: The following General Terms and Conditions of Concept 2 (Switzerland) GmbH are the sole basis for all offers, orders, and deliveries. Deviations are only possible if confirmed in writing.
- Pricing:
The price valid on the day of delivery, in Swiss francs including statutory VAT, applies. Changes are possible at any time due to currency fluctuations or price changes by our suppliers. - Delivery, Shipping, and Defects:
Shipping is via DPD or Swiss Post exclusively to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon shipment. The goods must be inspected for completeness and integrity immediately upon receipt. Claims and complaints regarding defects can only be considered within 7 days of receiving the goods. Delivery is a "first-door delivery," meaning the delivery person/driver is NOT obligated to carry packages into the apartment/house or assemble them. This does not apply to deliveries made by Concept2 (Switzerland). There is NO right of return for the goods. - Retention of title:
Until all claims arising from the business relationship, including any refinancing or reverse bills of exchange, have been paid, Concept 2 (Switzerland) GmbH retains title to its goods deliveries, which may only be sold in the ordinary course of business. - Warranty: Concept 2 (Switzerland) GmbH provides a warranty period of 5 years on all frame parts and 2 years on all consumable parts.
- Payment
Concept2 (Switzerland) accepts the following payment methods:- Advance payment to our UBS bank account
- Jurisdiction: 6340 Baar.

Protecting customer privacy is of utmost importance. All customer data is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
